Written enquiries go to lab@analyton.com, with a response target of one business day. A quotation needs four things: the compound or product, the matrix it is in, the determinations required and the number of units. Everything else can follow.

The shipping address is issued with the submission reference after a request is accepted, rather than published here. That is deliberate. A parcel that arrives without a reference the receiving desk is expecting cannot be tied to a client, a chain of custody or a set of determinations, and a sample in that state is not analysable evidence.

What happens to this

The enquiry reaches lab@analyton.com and nowhere else. It is not passed to a third party, not used for marketing and not retained beyond the correspondence it belongs to. The details are in the privacy notice and they are short because the processing is.

What a useful enquiry contains

The compound or product name, the form it arrives in, the approximate quantity available and the determinations wanted. Quantity matters more than clients expect: combustion analysis consumes material, and a determination cannot be run on a sample too small to weigh accurately.

If the determinations are not decided, describe the question instead. Most enquiries that begin as a request for a purity figure turn out to be a question about delivered milligrams, which is a different determination.

Turnaround times are not published while laboratory contracting is in progress, so a quotation states the working schedule for that specific order rather than a catalogue figure.

FAQContact

How do I get a quotation from ANALYTON?

Send the compound or product, the matrix it is in, the determinations required and the number of units, to lab@analyton.com. A quotation is issued per panel and per matrix, with the response target one business day. Blends are quoted per component, because each component needs its own reference standard and its own quantitation.

Where do I send the physical sample?

A shipping address is issued together with the submission reference once a request is accepted. The address is not published, so that every parcel arrives carrying a reference the receiving desk is expecting and no sample turns up unidentified.

What information does ANALYTON need before quoting?

The compound or product name, the form it is in, the approximate quantity available, the determinations you want and the country the parcel would ship from. The last of those matters because customs documentation for a research chemical differs from that for a cosmetic sample.

Does ANALYTON accept clinical or diagnostic specimens?

No. Blood, tissue, urine and any other human or animal specimen are outside scope entirely, and so is any testing intended to inform the treatment of an individual. The scope is materials analysis.
