Legal notice
ANALYTON is a trading name. The registered particulars of the contracting party — legal name, registered office, company number, tax and VAT numbers and register entry — are set out at the head of the General Conditions rather than repeated here, so that there is one authoritative statement of them and no second copy that can fall out of date.
The rest of this page is more important than the particulars: what an ANALYTON certificate establishes, what it does not, and what ANALYTON is and is not permitted to claim about it.

ANALYTON tests research peptides, dietary supplements and cosmetic actives, and issues the certificate under its own name. The operating entity and its registered particulars are set out in the table above.
No accreditation claim is made anywhere on this site. When a scope of accreditation is in place it will be named together with that scope, because an accreditation covers specific determinations on specific matrices and never a laboratory in general. A certificate will state which of the determinations on it fall inside that scope and which fall outside.
Any statement on this site that depends on a fact not yet established is suppressed rather than softened. Turnaround times, detection limits and accreditation are absent for that reason, and not because they were forgotten.

A certificate states that the determinations named on it were performed on the sample described on it, and reports the results obtained. Its scope is the sample. Where sampling was representative and documented, it supports a statement about the batch. It supports no statement about any other batch, any other unit, or the same material at a later date.
A certificate is not an approval, an endorsement, a marketing authorisation, a safety assessment or a determination that any substance may lawfully be manufactured, imported, sold, supplied or administered in any jurisdiction. Those are regulatory questions and an analytical result does not answer them.
Reproducing a certificate is permitted only in full. A partial reproduction that omits the determinations not performed, the limits of the methods used, or the scope statement, misrepresents the result, and permission to reproduce does not extend to it.

Consumer protection in the Slovak Republic is supervised by the Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection). Personal data processing is supervised by the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, and the processing carried out by this site is described in the privacy notice.
A complaint about a result should be raised in writing to lab@analyton.com with the report number. The raw data package behind every result is retained and reissued on request, which is what makes a disputed result checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
Where a determination is found to have been performed incorrectly, it is repeated at no charge and the original certificate is withdrawn and superseded rather than quietly amended. A withdrawn certificate keeps its number and is marked withdrawn, because a report that silently changes is worse than one that was wrong.

Is ANALYTON an accredited laboratory?
No accreditation claim is made anywhere on this site, and none will be made until a scope of accreditation is in place and can be stated precisely: which determinations fall inside it, on which matrices, and which fall outside. An accreditation covers a method applied to a matrix, never a laboratory in general, so a bare claim of being accredited tells a client nothing they can rely on.
What does an ANALYTON certificate legally establish?
That the determinations named on it were performed on the sample described on it, with the results shown. It is not a marketing authorisation, a regulatory approval, a safety assessment or a statement that the substance may lawfully be sold or used anywhere.
